Genesis Trailer Rental :
** Delivery, Set Up/Tear Down included at no additional cost.
** A double Margarita Machine, a Kegerator, a Refrigerator, Ice buckets, napkins, cups, straws, beer and wine bottle openers, bar towels are all included at no additional cost.
**Genesis will be cleaned and sanitized upon delivery.
**By law we are unable to provide the alcohol. All liquors, beers, ciders, wine and other alcohol drinks, mixes, and ice must be supplied by the event coordinator, host, organizer or third party.
If you are wanting to rent the trailer for a Photo Prop, Decor Piece, Sign-in Booth or other that will not require beverages or servers please reach out for special pricing.

Package 1 ( Alcohol Bar)
For small events under 60 people:
** Price includes one TABC Certified Servers ( $35.00 per hour)
Monday thru Thursday $160.00 per hour ( 2 hour minimum)
Friday, Saturday and Sunday $170.00 per hour ( 2 hour minimum)
Package 2 ( Alcohol Bar)
For large events over 60 people:
** Price includes two TABC Certified Servers ($60.00 per hour)
Monday thru Thursday $185.00 per hour ( 2 hour minimum)
Friday, Saturday and Sunday $195.00 per hour ( 2 hour minimum)
Package 3 ( Non- Alcohol Bar Options)
**We have several non-alcohol packages to choice from.
**Price includes two TABC Certified Servers at no additional cost, and your choose of two Beverages.
(Other beverages can be added on for an additional price.)
**We provide everything you will need in this package!
Hot coffee, ice coffee, hot cocoa, hot or sparkling cider, slushes or even a Bride and Groom signature custom mocktails.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
*A 50% deposit, with your signed contract will secure your date.
* The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
*Refund of all payments – Cancellation 90 days or more from the event date.
*Refund of balance and 50% of deposit – Cancellation 89-31 days from event date.
*Refund of balance but loss of deposit – Cancellation 30 days or less from the event date.
POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT:
If your event is postponed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will be happy to work with you to accommodate your rescheduled event. (dependent upon mobile bar availability).
